This helps your hormones stay balanced, it helps your body repair itself from yesterday’s workout, and it helps you avoid craving quick energy foods like candy and soda, which turn to fat in the body.

Do Small, Frequent Meals

Eating smaller meals more often is a great way to stoke your metabolism and keep your body energized. If you consistently go long periods of time without eating, your body will eventually kick in to starvation mode, meaning it will start to store anything and everything you put in it because it does not know when it will next be fed. So the next time you think skipping lunch is a good call for weight loss, think again.
